The Tiger HS-90 can feed, separate, process, and extract wet or dry organics in a single pass to recover value from expired, discarded, or spoiled food – all in a small, stationary footprint.

Its integrated CAN-Bus operating system monitors can adjust machine functions automatically while it processes up to 40 tons/hour.

Feed it bulk commercial waste or pre-or post-consumer food waste – the Tiger HS-90 can handle it! Plus, all paper, plastic, cardboard, aluminum, or metal packaging fractions are separated, cleaned, and made recycle-ready.

Features may include:

• An organic discharge collection tank (with internal flow agitation auger) and pump for liquid/slurry organic discharge (low total solids) with necessary hardware and software integration is included.

• Discharge organics as either slurry (wet system) or dry/semi-dry organics (dry system) with the simple press of a button.

• An organic collection hopper with connecting auger is provided for the discharge of dry or semi-dry organics.

• The auger system extracts clean, dry inorganic material for recycling or repurposing. No secondary processing or handling is required.

• The large, unique hopper accepts feed material, lacerates or tears open bags and containers, maintains constant material flow, and combats wear and corrosion through its robust stainless-steel construction.

• The user-friendly design includes full access inside and out, allowing for easy care and maintenance.

• Easily manage complete operation of the machine with simple touch screen controls and wireless Wi-Fi remote capabilities via smart device, iPhone, laptop, or centralized computer.

• Add, shut off, or regulate water/leachate during operations via threaded piping and simple solenoid valve controls on the touchscreen control panel.
