Solid beds of compost, sometimes called aerated static pile (ASP) compost systems, continuous stack composting, or trapezoidal pile composting, eliminate the space between windrows and require a different type of compost turner to minimize odors and make great compost.

Introducing the Menart STM-32 Trapezoidal Pile Turner, the perfect machine for maintaining indoor or outdoor trapezoidal pile compost curing operations.

Featuring an efficient and powerful 375 hp Cat® C9.3B EPA Tier 4 Final diesel engine, the Menart STM-32 compost turner can easily handle 12’ trapezoidal pile heights and discharges turned compost with its side conveyor.

Features may include:

• All machine operations are controlled by a single joystick, 10” touchscreen, and steering wheel in the comfortable cabin.

• 6’ head cutting width cuts into compost bed and turns material, then transports it out of the machine’s side to create a freshly turned bed.

• 2 hydraulically powered processing rotors (4.3’ dia. upper rotor and 5.4’ dia. lower rotor) feature armored drum tools for longer life.

• Turned material is side discharged via a 11.4’ height conveyor across the working aisle.

• Properly aerate and homogenize trapez

• The Cat® C9.3B diesel engine provides 375 hp and meets U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final emission standards.
